Cancer Survivor Group Discussion
Are you a cancer survivor who had limitations in activities of daily living prior to your cancer?
If you have completed active treatment for your cancer, you are invited to participate in a group discussion to help us understand your experiences as a cancer survivor and to suggest how we can help others promote their health.
We know so little about the cancer experience of people who had a functional limitation prior to their cancer diagnosis and treatment. Your information will help health care providers work more effectively with survivors such as yourself.
You can earn $75 by attending a 90-minute discussion.
For more information, please call or email Carolyn Grawi at 734-971-0277 x16 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not currently have a date set for the discussion group but are seeking interested participants to schedule a date. We will work to arrange a group session that meets as many participants’ schedules as we can.
You must be over the age of 21 and have completed active treatment to participate. Please call the study organizers 800-687-8010 or email email@example.com for more information. Heather Becker, Ph.D., The University of Texas at Austin is the principle investigator on this research study.
