We are having a Community Garden Preparation Event this coming Saturday, March 31st, from 1 – 4pm. The purpose of this event is to get our garden ready to grow herbs, vegetables, and flowers, in the upcoming gardening season. To get our garden ready, we have to transfer soil, spread compost, move some garden beds, organize the tool shed, etc. This event is a great way to become familiar with our gardening space and to socialize with other gardeners.
