The Ann Arbor CIL’s recreation potluck will no longer be held once a month. Instead, the potlucks will be held once every two/three months in conjunction with another activity or event. We hope that this new schedule will not only increase attendance but encourage families to participate in these events together. All potlucks will still be held on the first Tuesday of the month. Our next Potluck is scheduled for November 6th. Below is a description of what we have planned for November. Future Potluck dates will be posted as they become available. Check the calendar for more information.
In November, our recreation potluck will feature a Thanksgiving feast with hands-on twist. Instead of bringing a dish to pass, we invite you all to help us create the meal during a cooking class. We will begin cooking at 2PM, Class will feature turkey breasts, stuffing, green bean casserole, and other holiday staples. The potluck will be held at 6PM. Drop in at any time throughout the afternoon to help with the cooking. There is a $3 fee to attend the class, but if you bring a dessert, the class is free! Those who are not interested in cooking may still come at 6 PM for the potluck, but please bring a dessert or drink to pass.
