4:30 – 6:30 PM: Introduction & Demo!

New to hand cycling? Don’t know where to start? Join us between 4:30 and 6:30 for demonstrations and get the chance to try out various bikes.

6:30 – 8:30 PM: Let’s Ride!

Guided Rides Various distances offered for beginning riders as well as more experienced riders.

* If you have your own bike, please bring it & join us! *

Who can Cycle?

We will have hand bikes available that can accommodate physical needs such as:
paraplegia, quadriplegia, hemiplegia, and cerebral palsy.
We will also have a 3-wheeled, foot-pedal bike available for individuals with lower extremity movement who may need assistance with balance.
