Support Groups

Presented by the Ann Arbor Center for Independent Living in partnership with Children’s Special Health Care Services.
The following events will include a support group specific to parents and care partners as well as a separate support group for youth in transition to adulthood.
Sessions will run from 6:30-8:00 pm on the dates listed below.

Youth workshops will take place in Conference Room D and parent/care partner workshops will take place in Conference Room B.

  • Youth in Transition to Adulthood is a support group for youth ages 14 to 26 with chronic health issues and/or disabilities.
  • Parent/Care Partner Support is a support group for parents and caregivers of youth with chronic health issues and/or disabilities.
