Stephanie Stiles no longer works for the Ann Arbor CIL.
Stephanie works in Career Services and Development. In this role, she leads the Ann Arbor Area Business Leadership Network (A3BLN), a local network of over 100 business and community leaders, educating them on the benefits of diversity and disability in employment. Recently, she was awarded the "Salute to Diversity Award" for her leadership in this arena. Additionally, she oversees the Career Services program where she connects our job seekers to a range of workshops, resources, and career counseling experts within our Career Services division. She manages the information and data needed to keep our program running successfully, administers all of the operations of our group workshops and classes, and provides individual help to job-seekers as they take on various job-searching activities.
To advance the Ann Arbor CIL's presence in the community, she leads marketing and development outreach around Ann Arbor and Southeast Michigan to build relationships with business leaders and benefactors. Stephanie directs special events and large fundraisers. Through her, our community visibility as well as online social networking and web presence has grown significantly proven by tackling the most successful gala in history in 2011. She can often be found reaching out to people around the area through LinkedIn!
Prior to working with the Ann Arbor CIL, Stephanie worked as an Actuarial Analyst for a health insurance consulting company in Minneapolis and coordinated fundraising and special events for the Park Nicollet Hospital Foundation. Stephanie graduated from St. Olaf College in Minnesota with a B.A. in Mathematics, Business Management, and Spanish.
Stephanie enjoys running half and full marathons. In her most recent pursuit, she finished in the top 2% of all women in the Ann Arbor-Dexter half marathon where she ran for Team Ann Arbor CIL to promote community awareness.
When she's not working at the Ann Arbor CIL, she enjoys engaging in local politics and committees and ranking restaurants based on their dessert menu.
