Many of us experience pain: physical, emotional or mental. This could be a result of genetic conditions, illnesses, relationships with people or unfortunate incidents. We may have access to medical care but we often need someone to guide or show us HOW to be with the pain that we are experiencing. In this series of 4 classes, learn the skills to help you understand HOW to understand and/or be with an experience, without feeling like it is taking over. Often, when the painful experiences in us get the kind of attention they need, they diminish and leave!
