Woman, age 55, has 1 bedroom in her Ann Arbor School District home available, near Platt & Packard (five minutes from bus routes 5, 6 & 7). She is a smoker, and is seeking the same. Housemate would need to provide his/her own bedroom furnishings. Open to either gender, as long s/he was a non-drinker. No substance abuse, please. Owner prefers someone 60 or older, but she would consider a younger person, if they had a job or were a full-time student. Ideal housemate would be someone who was orderly, had good communication skills, and paid his/her bills on time. No lease, shared bath & kitchen, washer / drier on site and a micro-wave oven. There are no stairs, and persons who use wheelchairs are welcome (bathroom can be used, but there’s no turning radius).
