Gary Heitman
Our Talent Connector Gary Heitman brings to our staffing resources over 40 years of experience in the automotive and staffing industries. Gary worked for over 30 years for Ford Motor Company as a manager and as a business development executive, overseeing the hiring, management, and mentoring of thousands of employees. He knows what it takes to find the right person for the right job. Prior to joining the CIL, Gary served as a consultant to Advantage Technical Resourcing, one of the largest staffing companies in the world.

Lisa Mangigian
Our Talent Connector Lisa Mangigian has worked in Career Services for over ten years, as manager for the University of Michigan’s Alumni Career Services, Director of Career Services for Cleary University, and Counselor for Washtenaw Community College’s Adult Transitions program. During her career, she has worked with thousands of job seekers nationwide from GED to PhD to help them find the right new career. Lisa is keen at identifying employer’s needs and spotting talent to solve staffing needs.
