Did you see it? We made the front page of the Monroe News! Check out highlights of our disability awareness workshop for 4th graders at Raisinsville Elementary yesterday. To date almost 20,000 students across the region have participated in one of our “DAW” workshops. Every year CIL staff and volunteers provide interactive, hands-on, and fun activities that teach 4th grade students throughout Washtenaw and Monroe counties what it’s like to have a disability.
