If you are a caregiver for a family member or friend with a chronic health condition or disability, we invite you to join us to learn tools to manage your stress level and emotions, gain confidence in managing caregiving, and communicate better with family and loved ones.
The Powerful Tools for Caregivers program, offered in partnership with the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan, is designed for those caring for a parent, spouse, friend, or someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country.
We hope you’ll walk away with new tools to manage your role as a caregiver in a sustainable way and also connect with other care providers to build strength and learning opportunities for you.
To sign up, contact PATHPrograms@nkfm.org or 734-222-9800.
