Jim Egerdal – Chair Person
Jim Egerdal is the Board Chair of the Ann Arbor CIL’s Board of Directors. He is retired Vice President of Customer Service, MTS Systems, with extensive and wide ranging experience working in the automotive, aerospace, biomedical, and civil engineering sectors. Jim earned his M.B.A. from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad Graduate School of Management. In his free time he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including mountain biking, catamaran sailing, and ski instructing.
Ben Hunholz – Treasurer
Ben Hunholz is a Board Member and Treasurer on the Ann Arbor CIL’s Board of Directors. With a B.B.A. in Accounting from Western Michigan University, as well an M.S.A. in Accounting from Walsh College in Troy, MI, he is also Director of Revenue Planning and Treasury Management at Washtenaw Community College.

Lynn Hewitt – Member
Lyn Hewitt, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a current Board Member who has been involved with the Ann Arbor CIL as a volunteer since 2009. Her career experience includes work in the Construction, Architectural Services, Insurance, and Automotive industries. Lyn has also maintained leadership roles in several other non-profit organizations. She currently holds a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University.
Jodi Kreschmer – Member
Jodi Kreschmer, LLMSW is the chair of the Talent Recruitment Committee on the Ann Arbor CIL’s Board of Director’s. Ms. Kreschmer works in the research department of Michigan Medicine’s Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is a passionate advocate for people with disabilities. In the Spring of 2013, Ms. Kreschmer graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan.
Pam McGuinty – Member
Pam McGuinty is a Board Member and also a member of the finance committee. She has a BBA in Accounting and Financial Reporting from the University of Michigan – Dearborn. She is also the President of the Ann Arbor chapter of the Hearing Loss Association of America which holds their meetings at the CIL. In addition, she was the past Disability Awareness Workshop coordinator at one of Ann Arbor’s elementary schools and she continues to volunteer each year at workshops for various schools in the area. In her free time she enjoys bowling, bike rides with her family and traveling.
