Improving Lives for Over 27 Years

Recently, Michael Evans has experienced a lot of firsts. Staff at the Ann Arbor CIL assisted Michael in completing his first resume. He attended his first job fair. At this Job Fair, he used the communication skills he developed in his Soft Skills training in the employment program at the Ann Arbor CIL. He hopes to land his first job. “The Ann Arbor Center for Independent living has had an impact on our family for multiple generations. Starting with Angie, who in 1995, entered into a transitional Independent living program sponsored by Ann Arbor CIL. Now 22 years later, Angie is providing computer training to youth and adults. Living the Promise of the ADA
